A Season for Second Chances by Jenny Bayliss
3.0
Closed door romance with quite a bit of language.
A fall/winter romance, beginning in September and ending around Christening time. Lots of holiday themed (not just Christmas but a fall community calendar) activities mentioned to make it feel festive-y.
The first chapter starts off with the main character walking away from a cheating husband. He’s my least favorite part of this book, but I suppose a necessary evil.
The main character begins a book club as she starts her new life and the book club actually discusses rea books, which was fun.
Overall, I could see myself recommending this to specific people, but it’s not for everyone.
