This book was so good! Best in the series so far, had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I have said this about the last 5 books in the series already but you can literally see everything falling into place by the end of the book. SJM stresses you out the entire time having you think there’s no way they can pull this off and then Aelin pulls through like the mastermind she is and gets it done. This book brought out the same feelings as watching the MCU endgame for the first time. SJM is a genius, she plants details that seem so small and irrelevant at the time but eventually come back around and it all makes sense. I have never been this invested in a series but am excited to see how it finishes.
