This is Jane Austen’s funniest book! Emma is hilariously wrong and there are so many funny moments and misunderstandings. But overall once again Austen’s sensibility is impeccable here, the character development is incredible and very endearing. 

If P&P is the OG enemies to lovers then this one is the OG friends to lovers!
