"People are valuable, and so - therefore - are their beliefs."

I couldn't quite believe it had been so long since I revisited this book and series. Though goodreads doesn't have it marked, I read them last around 2015.

I had so much fun with this reread. The characters are, overall, excellent. Kelsier is the main drawback in that regard for me, as he doesn't ever seem to be that well developed. I've never felt greatly attached to him as I know many others do and that was no different now.

The magic and premise are fascinating. An excellent opening for a fantasy series and one I will revisit again and again in the future.
