Stamped from the Beginning: The Definitive History of Racist Ideas in America by Ibram X. Kendi
4.0
The book just moves inexorably, brutally through history. Every word packs a punch, and there was really no place to slow down at all. At certain points I lost track of the through line and I feel like it might have been a little more effective with a less broad thesis.
Graphic: Racism, Murder, Slavery, and Sexual violence
Moderate: Rape
