I loved the narrative. After reading Some Girls Are, I thought I'd have a look at this one, and I liked it even better. It follows along the 'girl fallen from grace, meets boy, slowly learn something terrible happened to her' except that this time it was her that did the terrible thing, not the victim. It was funny, Parker's voice was entertaining and satisfying to read, but like Some Girls Are, it is so intense that I don't think I could stomach reading it again.
