Alright the first thing I want to say is I hated the romance 💀 It was so awkward and weird and made me feel slimy??? It was definitely not good imo. The second thing is the ending (I’d say the last 60 pages or so) happened so fast and felt like a fever dream (and not in a good way). To me, it made sense but the pacing was awkward. Everything else was fun and fresh, I loved Ranga and Vanja, and I loooooved the friends to enemies to friends trope. That trope is always chef’s kiss for me. The writing was good and atmospheric, I actually felt like I was in the setting. I also liked the dark mood, it makes sense for the topics talked about and the plot.
