AGGGGHHH IT HURTS. sorry Orion but it’s my heart that’s aching now 😭 oh god it was so beautifully tragic the ending. i’m so glad Orion got Valentino’s heart. i will say that the start of the book felt a bit long-winded, a lot of time in the hospital at the start but i think it was kinda effective because it was even making me anxious that Valentino was going to run out of time even though there was the rest of the book to go lol. and honestly wasn’t Dalma’s biggest fan but she’s made the Last Friend app and that means Rufus and Mateo will meet. I felt more connected to them than i did ValentinOrion but i still loved them so much. I loved all the descriptions and the adventures they went on. i felt like I was in NY too. ahhhh don’t even mention how Rufus and Mateo were in the book ahhh and how Rufus’ mum was the heart surgeon?! the connections in these books and my favourite thing. I really loved it and couldn’t put it down. i’m grieving Valentino. I wish I could see the photos they took. and the surprise video at the end for Orion made me bawl. I am very thankful Orion didn’t die too. when it got revealed that one more person was an unnotified decker I felt sick. thank god it was Frankie but now I’m worried about Paz. very nervous to read the next book. I hope there are some references to the other boys in there too.
