This started well but I think for me it was probably 100-150 pages too long. I felt like it got a bit stale and I didn't overly care after a while.
I liked the main character - she had a bit of depth to her however I did question her reliability.
I liked the contrast between the chapters and alternating timelines but they did get repetitive and a bit confusing at points.
The author built tension well and it was a good story but just a little too slow and long for me.
