-a m a z i n gprose (5⭐), but it really has to lose a star, because every time that a woman is in a scene, i have to read about her nipples or clit.

also, there is a rape scene between a teenager and a woman in her 30s that deeply disturbed me, and i would highly recommend skipping over it if you can :)

Liked it a little less than "The wild boy", but was still amazing.

The author takes you on this beautiful journey of connecting with nature again, coming back to your roots and forming relationships you didn't expect to form.
The book is made up of very short chapters, it's super easy to read and there is no plot whatsoever (which i love, so if you don't, maybe not for you!).

It was fine.. Seeing many perspectives can be interesting, but here, we had no time to connect to the main characters (who are the reason most people read Khaled Hosseini)..

Never read something remotely similar... Definitely a "love it or hate it" kind of book.

i found this SO boring... it reads like a scientific report, which might be the point, but i found it so detached and emotionless...
my first lovecraft read, and it really didn't live up to expectations.
