Found this in a bookstore a few days early! I liked the second book even more than the first! As someone who couldn't help comparing book one to Harry Potter, I think this book shows that the series (while having some genera related, and theme bases similarities) is its own series. I do think that people who enjoyed book one will continue to like the series. I loved the character development and am looking forward to book three!
