Painful to finish. Cringe writing and dialogue, about 120 pages too long, super repetitive scenes.

The best of the series. The world building was definitely not as hard as everyone made it out to seem.

The beginning was a bit slow, the ending was crazy! I would’ve rated this higher if Agent Daybright’s identity wasn’t spoiled for me. Thank you, random fanart I wasn’t even seeking out.

Average contemporary romance, nothing insane but not bad. I didn’t really like the characters, Dani had really terrible emotional intelligence for someone with a PhD.

Best one of the series, Eve was the most mature of the sisters (even though she’s the youngest)

I don’t usually love magical realism but this was super good! The writing, the characters, and the plot was all really well done
