for starters: pirates are iconic.
the world building and tension in this book are off the charts, intrigue meets family pain generations old and personal bias and fears come to a head in a way that you’ll never put this book down. Fable is strong, she is loyal but she is flawed and finds a hole amongst people who let her be that way.
