Actually really like the fact that they’ve sort of merged back together? I mean, I’m heartbroken because yeah “Mo Ran” really became his own person, but they’ve now both lost someone from each of their timelines, and they’re both looking for each of their respective Mo Ran/Chu Wanning, but I’m loving it because you need the bad with the good, and they’re both getting that now? I dunno I’m heartbroken and so upset but I’m loving it and so so excited and eager to see where this goes

Loved it, not a 5 star (as it’s mostly erotia and doesn’t captivate as much as the novels do haha) but some really good stories in here and really does give a bit more background to our cast (Rosier and Asmodeus, my biases)

A super informative and interesting subject matter I’ve never even thought about before!
Green’s non-fiction books have captivated me just as much if not more than his fiction ones. His voice really sticks in my brain? (If that makes sense haha) I was never lost, learnt something new and came out of this book a more knowledgeable person about something that doesn’t necessarily affect me, but hit me in the heart.

LOVED IT! These characters have really grown on me :’) So glad we got some more of Mergen and Hongjun/Jinglong
This series is really sticking: great comedy, great banter, great chemistry and great relationships. While the middle section did drag the tiniest bit for me, I can’t wait for the next one!

Main story was good! Really really struggled with the extras unfortunately. A decent series, but not my favourite, and not one I’ll find myself re-reading/thinking about in depth. But other volumes were still enjoyable. Yan Wushi, ny shining light I’ll miss you, you evil evil man 😈

I don’t usually rate memoirs (the irony is not lost on me here) but I can’t help but give The Anthropocene Reviewed 5 stars.
I was (and still am) the John Green high school girly that loved Looking for Alaska and The Fault In Our Stars, and was a major Crash Course advocate, but have never really delved into John’s non-fiction work. I’m thankful I’ve done so now, I was truly missing out.
Interesting and charming and thought provoking and heartbreaking. I want to see the world and the human race the way John write about in this book. A fantastic read. Absolutely grateful for the audiobook, I enjoyed it just that much more, actually hearing it from him.
Will definitely be picking up EITB, I can’t wait for more non-fiction (and fiction!) from John!

Wild for me to say, but I missed Josh. At least his crazy and his ‘I’m sorry women’ shtick was entertaining to me :( this was just boring. The thing is, Allen seems to have interesting concepts, and for the first 20% it’s entertaining, fun and funny. But then it drops, stays dead and plummets for the rest.
Also, was Lauren voiced by the TikTok voice? I swear they sound the exact same…
Anyways will probably listen to the final one I mean I’ve come this far.

I went to a Pompeii exhibit at my local museum last year and got an idea for a book, but lo and behold after some quick research I found Biehn and ‘Vesuvius’ and was instantly hooked. Being able to follow along with updates on the publication journey was so exciting!
