I like the whole idea of Nina ignoring the “it’s written in the stars” thing and choosing her own path.
I think the relationship between her and Azure happened too quickly and is also weird like I know they’re not siblings and only pretending to be half siblings but it’s still odd.

I’m really not sure what to rate this cause I think it did some parts really well (soledad’s self love journey) and other parts were just meh [Judah (like don’t get me wrong I loved how straight forward he was but he doesn’t really have much going for him) and her daughters]

This was made with so much love.
I love how Materena always put an emphasis on loving women and how women are strong.
I disliked every man in this book though except for Moana, he was sweet. I was honestly so happy Leilani and her bf broke up.
Also, there’s a dash of transphobia so be weary of that; however, I think they were still welcoming to the Georgette.
