This book probably deserves a higher rating than I am giving it. The characters are great. And the story is good. The grief was just too much for me. I generally don't pay attention to warnings. I would strongly suggest being cautious if you have gone through miscarriages in the past.

Overall, a good story, but I'm not the target audience for this one. I don't really enjoy political thrillers. I loved Hester. She made the book so fun.

This book is a 6 for me. Amazing, heartbreaking, and as beautiful as it is tragic. I have always been fascinated by Medusa & to see it so stunningly written leaves me in awe. I just can't get it out of my head. This is a contender for best of the year for me. Definitely an all-time favorite.
