I loved the duality of characters, but overall I definitely don't think that this one of the author's best works

The atmosphere was perfect for the story. The accent made it more enjoyable for me, but it has also made it hard to read. So if English is not your primary language think twice before reading it.
Overall it's a short story so I enjoyed it. But if it was more fleshed out it would be even better.
(A little suggestion. You should read a summary after reading the story to make sure that you understood it or at least got the gist of it)

This short story explored the themes of "crime and punishment" and "the strange case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde". It set out to accomplish certain goals and they landed, but it felt like you were witnessing it and there was no monologue.

If you liked the ideas then check out both of the other literary works, but if you already read the both of them. Don't read this one.
reflective

An awesome read! I definitely recommend.
A fantastic work that sums up our own inner thoughts, which may or may not seem wrong to us.

I agree that this may be the weakest of the author's short stories, but the atmosphere and descriptions did make it a worthwhile experience for me.

If you're not patient, then don't read this short story. And if you do then you should check out the author's other stories to get a better experience.

4.5/4.75 stars in actuality, but I just can't give this series any other rating than 5 stars!!!!
the series is so devourable, so read it.
but this book had a completely different tone and even change of pace. yes, it still had the elements of the exploration and toying this the character's thoughts/characteristics/behaviour, but it felt melancholic, which, yes, that was what was envisioned, but, god, how bittersweet the ending and the whole book was.
I can't bear it
but read the whole trilogy, it's simply... breathtaking.? I don't have the word's for this series, because I fell in love with it.
emotional funny inspiring lighthearted

i so badly want to give this book 5 stars, but I can't because almost all books I've read are five stars lately. But this is such a five star/not five star read!!!
I love the book with it's liveliness in it, it's just so scrumptious.
Taking in account the authors life story and how this is a little bit of autobiography and imaginary, it just makes the book so bittersweet, but that also factors in every little joy.
oh and I cried many times during this book, so yeah, check it out! and it made me smile like a fool, so that's another reason!

Update: it deserves the five stars ♥️
