I enjoyed and super appreciated this book!
The first half of the book got had this really dark humor as it slowly turns to a bit serious tone. You'll love Gilda and sympathize her decisions in life.
it shows you how a person with mental health problems affects their daily life as well as the people surrounds them.

I like how Rin's charater grew and it really showed in this book. How she became a general, the way she understand how her world works. How corupt it is. How she somehow still care
I was sad upon the ending but it is most likely what is gonna happen. Its the truth.
The books still give you emotional ride.

A bit of dragging compare to the first book. This sequel made me cry, i dont know if my emotions can handle the 3rd book 🥺🥺🥺
the only wish on the book was to have more strong female character other than Rin. I wish she was more inclining to female authorities rather than stumbling down to every "beautiful" guy.
But no one can stop me loving Jiang.. i am afraid that i will never meet him again on the sequels
