What an emotional ride!
Between A Court of Mist and Fury and this book, I have had my opinion solidified in the fact that this is one of my favorite series and that if you are into fantasy, you should absolutely give this series a go.

This was a very enjoyable and quick read. Feels like the wholesome Christmas special of our favorite show or movie that we sometimes get. Wholeheartedly recommend to include this in your ACOTAR read-through

I only rated this 4 stars because the ending felt rushed, but honestly I had a hard time rating this 4, I wanted to give it 5.
I’m so sad this isn’t a complete series but I cannot wait for the next one.
The magic, the suspense, the tension, all so excellent.
I love the character development. I never thought I would come to love Nesta so much, but here I am.

First let me say: I am so impressed SJM wrote this in high school. This was a fun read and I am genuinely excited to continue the series.
