The second book in the ACOTAR series definitely didn’t disappoint but it was very difficult to stay attached. There’s lots of build up with no climax until the very end and it’s a great ending but I feel like Maas spent too much time building up to a single moment that’s only two chapters of the entire 624 paged book. Looking forward to the third book!
This was a great read. It was a little weird and felt oddly beastiality-esque. However, there’s no denying that Maas is an amazing writer and very captivating. This is so different from her Throne of Glass series and although I love Aileen, Feyre is really growing on me
The second book in the Fourth Wing series was well written, engaging, but a bit anticlimactic. I expected more riveting plot twists, more drama that existed beyond romantic, and perhaps more emotion. That being said, it was still a great read and had many redeeming qualities. Definitely worth the read to keep up with the series.
Fourth Wing is an excellent read for high school aged students but has some very graphic X rated material that might be inappropriate.
It’s well written and the characters are well defined and easily conjured but it’s also VERY predictable. It kind of reminds me of a Kirkland brand of the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas.
I had a great time reading it though and intend to follow the series.
