Like. 1Star. That was a god damn fever dream. And not a good one ..... Someone get Sarah more editors, and perhaps someone to tell her no.
This is a DNF. I've tried twice now to read it and I'm admitting that it's just not for me
The whole second half of this book was an absolute mess
I loved the dark whimsy. And really wanted to get MORE from it. But the story just lacked substance
Not near as good as the first book. I don't know. Kingfisher seems to be hit and miss for me
