Remember reading this storyline as a kid. An evil druid turns Captain America into a german shepherd, forcing Cap to live in the doghouse until Dr. Strange and John Jameson (son of J. Jonah) can find a cure. It was pretty silly and there was a dumb B-story about Cap's girlfriend getting gaslighted by a wrestler, but Wolverine was on the covers, so what was I gonna do, not buy them?
Includes a brief history of Eisner and the reason that this was never previously published. Some of the stories were redrawn with John Law being replaced by The Spirit and his orphan shoe-shine sidekick Nubbin' being turned into that racist caricature.

Gotham City accidentally gets turned into a giant, growing crystal. Batman's not around for some reason, so it's up to Superman and Etrigan to go back in time to the medieval world for some reason to stop all this.
Some interesting anecdotes about life as a safari guide. The better ones are about being ambushed by wildlife, while the rest involve living up to the worst Australian expat stereotypes. There was one really sad story about a crippled cheetah.
