Heartstopper Volume 1 by Alice Oseman

i hold this series so close to my heart oh my god. it's very cute and i'm really emotionally attached to the characters. it is very lighthearted but there are plotlines regarding eating disorders, self harm, homophobia and bad mental health so if you find that content triggering it might not be the most suitable thing to read. none of the above are shown very graphically, but just in case, i recommend checking it out on tapas/webtoon before purchasing it as a trial run !

one of my favourites !! it's poignant and absolutely heartbreaking, but you definitely welcome the pain because of how well written it is. it's pretty close to the iliad and i love it so much
