i will be completely honest. my puny mind couldn't fully comprehend everything that was happening, but goddamn is vuong a good writer.

i don't really read poetry books so i wouldn't know how to analyze and deconstruct something as poetic as the writing in this story, but the emotions man. have you ever wanted to reach into the book and just hug the characters?

if you like books that have not much plot but such poetic, heart-wrenching writing, this is the one. this is her.
