I adore poetry and I really loved the last Iain S. Thomas book I read, so it automatically got 3 stars. This one wasn’t as special though— there wasn’t as many “wow” pages I wanted to save for later in this one as there was his last one I read. I’m pretty sure I only saved one. 2.75-3.00 stars imo.

I have never read such a character study. There was no plot, which bored me at first. However, as the book went on, it got so much better. The last part was my favorite— I really enjoyed this as a whole.

I read this somewhere between elementary and middle school. I can’t remember when, but I remember this book very fondly. I really liked it.
