We are back with the Berman family for this one - this time following Aiden and Freya as their marriage gets tested. Aiden and Freya have been together for ten years and secrets and miscommunication are starting to come between them. While these two are on rocky ground the Bergman family surprises Freya's  parents with a family trip to Hawaii. Aiden and Freya decide to pretend everything is all right for the sake of the trip. Thanks to the meddling Bergman brother's Aiden spends the trip trying to win Freya back but will all be lost when they head back to reality?

Finally getting around to reading this series in order, as I've read a random assortment of these already. This follows Ryder and Willa as they are thrown together by their professor, Aiden!, and forced to be partners on a project. This is very much an enemies to lovers, or at least a circumstantial enemy as Willa doesn't know that Ryder needs hearing aids. A fragile friendship develops over the course of this story but when tragedy strikes everything threatens to fall apart. Chloe Liese has created the ultimate comfort family with the Bergmans and is able to create a wonderful love story while pulling on the heart strings.

A very fun second book in the Glimmer Fall series. In this one we follow Astaroth, the bad guy from the first book, and Calladia, one of Mariel's friends. Astaroth has been banished to the mortal plane and has amnesia, Calladia taking pity on him heads on a quest to help him get his memory back. Lots of fun interactions along the way including some werewolf packs and a griffin run hotel but also a very important message about everyone being accepted for who they are tied in. I look forward to reading the next one, because Ben is adorable!

This was a super queer very entertaining re-imaging(?) of the world of King Arthur. We follow siblings Gabriel and Gwen as they have to fulfill their duties to the throne, whether that means following through with a marriage or finding someone to marry. Neither sibling wants what life has in store and with the help of Gwen's "betrothed" the manage to create of very convincing scheme. Set alongside a tournament with cultists uprisings it's hard enough being a royal let alone ones that don't fit the mold. Overall, a great and very heartfelt story (also I would love a sequel or another book in this universe).

This was a cute read from Rosie Danan that follows a curse break and a somewhat disgraced archaeologist. I really enjoy the enemies - lovers trope and throw in the curse element made this quite fun and spicy at times. My only real complaint would be I wanted more of a solve for the historical element. I look forward to reading more from Rosie Danan in the future.
