the world building of this book was very good. i did not feel as attached to the characters as i want to be in a book so i feel kind of meh for the ending. the plot itself is so exciting though. i will be immediately starting the next one and just hope i grow to love them a bit more and will shed some tears unlike this one

this book broke my heart. it has elements of the seven husbands of evelyn hugo and daisy jones and the six in a way. there is a scavenger hunt, loss, love, hurt, and boy do i feel all of those.
i am never a big fan of very present day plots including social media in the plot but this book was written so well and everything had its place.

i remember reading the original book when i was younger so when i saw the graphic novel at the library, i immediately grabbed it
the story itself is one that will always pull on my heart strings and the artwork of this compliments it so well.
i am unsure if it is the artist or just the story but the fact the art is in black and white makes it even better.
overall, the plot was a little slower than i usually enjoy so it took me a bit to get through it but i would definitely recommend this to someone who is aware of the trigger warnings beforehand
