gobbled this shit UP! did not expect that ending at all - though, i do wish it had more magic or something more fantastical, but i understand why it didn’t. hopefully the next book has some more though! love love loved it!!

i liked it i think? i was getting really absorbed in the first few chapters and then i wasn’t. not sure, but i think i’ll read on & see how it goes

great ending. cried a few times. was a bit slow in some parts but i think the last two/three parts really made up for it. i liked it a lot. helene deserved better.

also.. elias/ilyaas veturius = always victorious? i just realised 😟
