Sew, It's a Quest by Kendra E. Ardnek

I loved this fun take on so many fairytales and folktales! An enjoyable book for all ages!
The Secret Notebook of Sherlock Holmes by Liz Hedgecock
4.0
Several fun short stories about some of the lesser known cases of Sherlock Holmes. Humorous and fun!
The Five Hive Plateau by William C. Tracy

Okay, I honestly have to say this author hooked me right from page one with Origon. I love this character. The worldbuilding is on point!

This book is in a league of its own. Not only does it establish two vibrant cultures and mythologies, but it has complex characters who don't always make the right choice. This ramps up and doesn't finish until it leaves you breathless at the end. I will be waiting eagerly for the sequel!
Merchants and Maji: Two Tales of the Dissolutionverse by William C. Tracy
5.0
Another fun adventure in the Dissolution-verse! I am a bit partial to stories including Origon and Ralin so the First Maji in Space was my favorite of the two!
Beauty and the Beast by K.M. Shea
4.0
I have to say this is the first Beauty and The Beast retelling that I've liked. Lots of fun, even if I felt like the ending was a bit rushed.
The Ancestor by L.J. Suarez
3.0
A fun short read. Other reviews mentioned a longer novel. Not sure why my version is only a few chapters long or why I can't find another longer copy on Amazon.
Void Born by R.J. Metcalf

This one was a bit slower at first, but the action really came in with a wham towards the end. I thought Jade's reactions were fairly realistic, it did drive me nuts that she spent so much time crying. I have a new OTP and I think it has a fair chance of being cannon.
I thought the addition of the bad guy's perspective was very interesting. It added a darker tone to this novel.
That ending.

Also Zander, really?I thought the addition of the bad guy's perspective was very interesting. It added a darker tone to this novel.
