just don’t have enough words to describe the power of this book. what you could feel through your reading and how words are just so well used. this is amazing. it’s one of the purest book I’ve read.
i had some difficulties at the beginning about the plot but finally, i really really liked this book ! one of the best thing is that it was really addictive ! i loved every characters, they were all well-written and not too “cliché”. Lore wasn’t too annoying and her motivations were interesting and we’re making sense. Cas was cute, but i loved Van!!!! underrated character which deserved more moments. BTW his kiss scene was a bit ruined like it happened in a messy way :/
About Athena, i truly loved her, she was so well written, her motivations, personality, values and everything.
We barely see the plot twist so i also kinda liked it like it was surprising but finally not so much
maybe the end was a bit too pushed, hurry ? we maybe needed less descriptions of the fights (that weren’t well written enough in my pov) and more about the end, what it involved and what consequences on characters it had.
I still recommend this book for people who like mythology, fantasy, dystopia but mixed with modern world!
BTW *here we have a childhood to -soft enemies- to lovers!!!!

this is definitely one of my biggest book’s heart stroke!
i was waiting for A LOT because of all the reviews i’ve read and heard about and the hype this book had mainly on social medias.
but i’m soooo happy to haven’t been disappointed AT ALL
i loved the way the author wrote the story and the concept ! fact that we weren’t sure at the beginning if it was inspired by a real story or not : genius.
the author really made sure that at the end we use to think Evelyn Hugo was real and her life and her story has really existed.
i loved how characters were really humanized, they aren’t perfect : their choices and desires but this is what make them humans after all.
the character of evelyn was really well written because we had such mixed feeling about her but at the same time compassion, i loved her, deeply

to say that this book broke my heart is an euphemism
after all the reviews and comments about this book i finally decided to read it and how can i explain the way it ENDED me literally
i thought the writing was going to sound too cliche or idk there was something i was afraid of i guess, mainly being disappointed but i haven’t been AT ALL
i fell for atlas and their story with lily. lily is one of the most earnest and lovable woman’s main character i read.
i think that i’ve been mainly touched by her story with atlas and how it has evolved with time
ryle was fun at the beginning but we quickly understand it’s not that easy and that it couldn’t be so simple.
colleen hoover really did knew about what she was talking. I think it’s a quite hard subject to approach when you’re not into it, never experienced it or to evoke with people not really touched by this or that don’t really care about.
But still, she wrote it in a very interesting, caring, touching way without making feeling guilt, and she showed how hard it can be to leave, when there’s love.
that truly hurts
this book is a masterpiece and in my pov, it really has to be read by as many people as possible just for the subject that it is depicted !

this book was definitely one of the softest i’ve ever read.
it was touching without being too heavy.
my favorites stories were the second and the last one, mostly when you’re able to understand another earlier part in the book.
i first loved how it was written and the rythme of every story, characters were all different and very well written which made them all endearing.
and how to not mention the concept of this book ? it’s genius, it’s fantastic but at the same time it looked so easy and almost commun ? that it wasn’t even sounding like something too big or ridiculous : it looked possible !
i really can’t wait to read the second book to discover few more characters and their story
