Magic, fantasy, and mystery - some of my most favorite genres all in one!

This story follows a brand new vampire and her journey learning about her powers.

The book was alright, I may have enjoyed the text version more than the audiobook.

It was hard to follow along with, and even though the narrator changed her voice depending on the character - she was didn't express much emotion and was a bit monotone.

This book covers some pretty heavy topics but in such a lighthearted and fun way.

This book was sooo good and so fun to listen to! It wove between the main story and an investigative true crime style podcast - a very clever idea for an audiobook. I hope more books will follow this lead because it was great!

The story was also wonderful - about a woman whose best friend died on a night she can not remember, and everyone, including herself, thinks she killed her. But there are so many twists and turns, and the BETRAYAL at the end. Om

Y’all made me do it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

As a fantasy lover I had to pick this up and give it a try after all of the rave I have heard about it.

It met my expectations. From the very beginning - i had no idea that a hunting scene could feel so magical and beautiful.

I love the way Maas writes, and I can tell she is about to tear my heart apart as I continue on with this series and her others, perhaps a world I will forever keep in my heart like Hogwarts.
