It was cute. Kind of hard to get into at first, then became a fun read. Still, it felt like theres a depth missing and it wasnt a book I connected to on a soul level. Also, idk if its just me but it felt like the best description PoC characters got were “strong, sharp features, huntress, leather eyes” while the white character “beautiful milky skin!!! Freckles like stars in the universe!!!” Again, maybe just me but overall just wished for a lot more depth and maybe better character writing
