I loved this! My 10 year old really enjoyed his second read through. My 7 year old enjoyed it, but wasn’t as engaged as my 10 year old. And I  loved it. It was funny, it was emotional, it had great themes.

The last chapter was good. But I don’t know if the journey to get there was worth it for me.

I absolutely loved this book and don’t know why I left it on my shelf for so long. Ruthie has lots of things to work through, and she does, but she got a bit annoying after a bit. But Teddy. Oh man I loved him. The story was great. The Parlonis are the absolute best side characters and I loved how they were so integral to the story.

This was a fun story of personal growth and overcoming challenges. My 10 year old really enjoyed the audiobook too.

This was super quirky and fun. Rake is such a great mmc. And the way he falls for Lizzie is swoony. Lizzie has so much growth over the course of the book and really comes to accept herself.

Multi generational family saga with a touch of magical realism. I enjoyed the audiobook for this one.

What a great debut novel! Olivia and Zeke are such lovable characters. They have such great chemistry and it’s so fun to watch their relationship progress throughout the book. I wish we would have seen an epilogue, but that’s just a personal preference.
