The first two books were better I think. I don't like it very much, that Walt and Anubis become one person, because I don't like Walt that much. Still it is pretty good and I recommend it. I don't understand why Rick brought together many characters Anubis and Walt, Zia and Ra , and mostly good characters. Throughout the whole story; 1. - 3. book; my favorite charaters were Bast, Zia and Anubis. I still question myself why many authors like to put gods of the underworld in a relationship with other girls, like why don't they do this with other gods, but I guess this is really just because these gods are singel (but zeus has so many affairs with other women and men, so idk). Like I said I liked it but it wasn't really for 5⭐

It is very good like all of Rick Riordan books. Here are Egyptian gods and the main characters are Carter and Sadie Kane. The plot twist of the story is also that Zia is a shabti and you discover this at the end of the book and in The throne of fire Carter founds Zia but she isn't into him like he tought that shabti Zia and Zia would be the same.
