Medalist - Band 1 by Tsurumaikada

This was such a great first volume! Inori is so motivated and passionate about ice-skating, it made me really pumped for her journey. Tsukasa is also such a great guy and trainer, and his reactions are so funny and over the top at times. So many characters were already introduced, we got to learn a lot about different aspects of ice-skating already, and Inori has also achieved a lot already. I cannot wait to see what volume two and the first competition holds.

Dieser Abschlussband war echt süß. Ich mag Kudos Freundschaft mit Shi sehr und auch der Tag des Feuerwerks war echt süß. Ich kann jeder nicht gut heißen, dass er nicht mit Kanade geredet hat und diese Entscheidung einfach für sich getroffen hat. Kann seine Familie da echt verstehen, dass sie Kanade gegen seinen Willen eingeladen haben. Und Kanade war echt mutig in dem Moment. Am Ende musste ich sogar echt die ein oder andere Träne verdrücken, weil ich es doch traurig fand - vor allem als Shis Erinnerungen noch da waren. Jedoch war es natürlich echt passend, dass man nicht wusste, ob es beim zweiten Mal genauso wie beim ersten abläuft - und das ist es natürlich nicht, was gut für unsere Protagonisten war. Die Serie ist bestimmt kein Meisterwerk und es gibt echt ein paar komische, fragwürdige Dinge. Jedoch sind die Zeichnungen echt toll und mit vier Bänden kann man auch schlecht was falsch machen.

Liebe die Freundschaft, die sich trotz allem zwischen Shi und Kudo entwickelt. Auch diese Backstory hätte ich jetzt nicht erwartet und ich frage mich schon, warum Kanade das alles vergessen hat. Kudo aber tut mir irgendwie total leid, er ist ja schon ein kleines Sensibelchen. Das Ende ist natürlich Zucker.

Der Band war echt gut. Shis Allergie ist irgendwie ein wenig witzig und auch Anna ist ein wenig übertrieben. Aber trotzdem sind beide liebenswert. Kanade und Kudo sind so süß zusammen und ich liebe es, wie Kanade sich endlich über ihre Gefühle bewusst wird, Kudo aber einfach total begriffsstutzig ist.

Nina – Die Sterne sind dein Schicksal, Band 02 by Rikachi

A lot of secrets were already unveiled in this one. I cannot comprehend how such a person can be the king of a country. Azur can also be pitied and him and Nina are so cute. But I can also understand why Nina made this decision. I just hope, it wasn’t the wrong one …

Nina – Die Sterne sind dein Schicksal, Band 01 by Rikachi

Really enjoyed this first volume. Nina is an interesting character and I really want to see the journey she will be on. Azur also seems to be a lot nicer than he gives away. The premise is promising, I just hope that it won’t go downhill from here.

This was such a great start! I really really loved the setting and the premise. Penelope is such an interesting character and I cannot wait to see, what her future will bring. I just love how her being herself and also already knowing the circumstances leads to small wins. This could become a new favourite fantasy/isekai series if it continues like this!

Love it! I heard so many great things about the series and I’m so glad I finally started it. The characters are diverse, round and feel like real people. They all seem to have their back stories and some of them are probably quite heavy. And just love that they can come together and be friends even though they are so different. Cannot wait to continue!

A lot of progress was made in this volume and I just love the story line of Ayase and his previous band mates in this one. There is so much growth and also so many reveals, and I’m glad Hinana is by his side while he goes through it. The side story through Shigeo’s pov is so funny though. But I’m kinda worried for the next volume because of the ending …

Kuss um Mitternacht 09 by Rin Mikimoto

I love Ayase showing up for Hinana and getting into contact with her mother. His birthday and the day at the onsen were also super cute. I’m glad A-chan told Ayase about Hinana’s past, because I don’t believe she would’ve opened up to him any tim soon. However, I also don’t really like it that he does so without asking her, because it is her story and even though his intentions are good and out of worry, it still does not 100% sit right with me. I’m also glad Hinana and Ayase both decided to confront their fears.
