Mulle juba meeletult meeldis see tegevustiku asukoht, ootasin pöördeid, kuid just tegelaste minevikusy nüansid olid need mis pidevalt üllatasid. Värskendavalt kirjud tegelaskujud ja erinevad vaateväljad sündmustele. Väga lahe lugemine!

The end resolution disappointed me a bit, but the last chapter made up for it. The book was pretty enjoyable and loved the historical accuracies sprinkled in.

I'm usually not a crime genre fan, but this one had some Poirot nostalgia in it. Overall well written.

This isn't my usual genre but it was such a refreshing book. All plot points paid off, no loose ends, even the little things. The pacing was good, the characters had personality to keep me interested in their world and were easily relatable. The thing I appreciate the most, which solidified my 5 stars, was that the miscommunication was never dragged out.

Also compliments to Julia Whelan for her outstanding narration!
