i love dostoevsky but this book was just too boring and badly written for me to finish. it's only 135 pages long and i still couldn't bring myself to sit through it. the plot develops so slowly and the main character isn't as interesting as he's made out to be.

singurul aspect al cartii care m a deranjat putin ( in rest consider ca e una dintre cele mai frumoase colectii de eseuri pe care le am citit) este prezenta observatiilor religioase care uneori nu si prea aveau locul si care nu aduceau argumente prea relevante sau puternice in materia subiectului, ba chiar ma faceau uneori sa ma indepartez de punctul de vedere pe care incerca sa l exprime scriitorul. asta este singura mea obervatie. in rest il iubesc pe andrei plesu si consider ca maniera lui de a scrie este una unica cu o muzicalitate a cuvintelor pe care n am mai intalnit o pana acum.
