If you want to read a book about stressed out first time parents then look no further Aehako has you covered. This is his first kid and Kira and himself live in the south caves. So the healer is not near by.
on earth Kira had fertility issues and was never going to be able to conceive so she has anxiety around that

Vektal and Georgie have been my favorite honeymoon story so far!

Harlow girl if i was you I’d be pulling my hair out!! It’s so frustrating to hear Rhuk try to talk to you and there being such a huge language barrier that all the other couples do not have!! This is a miscommunication trope just due to language barrier.

Liz and Raahosh are one of my favorite couples!! Raahosh is such a protector to a fault and Liz has so much love for him she’s a petty bitch because of how the tribe has treated Raahosh. I love the cute little honeymoon moments we have gotten!

I have loved the others in the series but this was  my least favorite. It was suppose to be like an enemies to lovers situation. It was a I hate this blue alien and am mad I’m his mate. I’ll run away and try to get my kui removed so I die on this planet instead. Runs away again because machine is broken to get kui removed. Then out of no where basically oh I love this man so much and cannot imagine my life without him. It was so annoying.

Ahhh this was so cute!!!
I absolutely love Opal and Pepper.

Opal wins the lottery and is ready for a new start  She gave up her dreams and now with all this money and single it is finally her time to make it happen. She fine a flower farm for sale and thinks it will be perfect inspiration.

Pepper is going through a hard time. Her mom is trash and her grandmother who raised her recently passed away and she is left to care for a struggling flower farm.  She is also autistic and not great with feelings.

Opal shows up and finds that Pepper is there and it is a surprise to both of them. After some time they eventually grow on each other and have to tackle a huge project together.

If you are looking for a super cute, fun and spicy book this one is for you!(:

If you are looking for a funny, steamy, quick fantasy read then this book is for you! Lemming builds a world that I want to live in in such few pages while also providing a funny and interesting story! The characters are easy to fall in love with. I highly recommend picking up this series.

It was so fun and different from her other books. We finally moved out of the science/ academic world ( I love her other books it’s just fun to see something different from an author you love) and into the world of… chess! ♟️

When I head she was writing a chess romance I was not sure how this would go. It went very well!
Mallory is the oldest sibling to two sisters and had an ill mother. She’s basically the head of house and takes care of everything after her father died. Chess was something her father played and she did as well. Once he passed she stopped playing.
Nolan is the number one chess player in the world.
When Mallory plays in a competition as a favor to a friend she ends up playing and beating  Nolan. That opens many doors for her and could help her take better care of her family. But is she ready to step back into the world of chess?

Ahhh I am screaming and need more now!!! The ending!!!!
But before we get ahead of ourselves this book was everything I wanted and more! When I heard S.T. Gibson was writing a sapphic vampire book I was already sold. A Dowry of Blood is one of my favorite books and knew she would do it justice and that she did!!

Laura is a quiet shy girl from Mississippi.  She loves poetry and is at St. Perpestua’s college to study to be a parish priest but writing is her true love.
Carmilla is a posh senior from Austria and came to this school specifically to study under Ms. De Lafontaine. She and Ms.D  have a very unorthodox relationship and some might even call taboo.

Laura and Carmilla  both are extremely talented in the works of poetry. Carmilla is now feeling threatened that another student is getting attention from Ms D.

Ms. D has a secret that only Carmilla is privy to. But that soon changes when Laura comes along and sees something she shouldn’t. Now she is wrapped into the life of the night and shown a whole new side of life. Things are not always easy in the dark.

This beautiful gothic dark academia book was so beautiful written. Gibson is a master at her craft. I cannot wait for more to come!!

Heartstopper is one of my comfort reads and I was so excited for this instalment of the series. Nick and Charlie are ready to take their relationship to the next level and are both super nervous. It is so adorable!
It is also time for  Nick to figure out what school he wants to go to. Is he going to stay close to Charlie or is he going to leave town to go to another school. While going on a trip to visit some schools with some of the Paris squad he answers that question.
We do get a little more from Tori in this book. She shares with Charlie a big thing about her. It made me excited to read Tori's story in Solitaire.
