I haven't made any recipes yet, but they all look incredibly promising. I lowered the rating because after reading through all the recipes it seems that the author assumes the reader has a decent amount of prior cooking knowledge, and they don't really explain how to do a lot of the techniques.  This would definitely not be a beginner or budget friendly cookbook, but the recipes sound incredible and I can't wait to try them.
