I actually almost didn't read this due to it's very mixed reviews and lots of negative ones. I did anyways, though, and I'm very glad for it. It was a really good book. At this point, I've read all of Aiden Thomas' books and can easily say they are all five stars. They are literally unable to write a bad book.

Some books make romance the plot when it's not a romance book, and this is not one of them, luckily. The romance is cute and sweet and present, but it is not just a book of two people pining for each other and acting like their problems don't exist because the world is perfect. This story has a very good plot. I grew to really like Peter as well.

This is a good book. If you're unsure if you'll like it, just read it. What if you never read it and it ends up being one of the best books you've ever read? It probably won't be because there are so many books out there, but you should at least try if you have a small amount of you that wants to read this.

It was actually a pretty good book. For some reason, it wasn’t my cup of tea. This is soon after I’ve been considering if I’m asexual and I’ve realized I really didn’t like this smut.. lol. Anyways, the story was interesting. It’s a decent book. Good storyline and characters.

WHATATATATTA

I wrote this quote down the moment I heard it on audiobook because it is probably the best line I have ever read. WHAT?? IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE IN A HORNY GAY ROMANCE BOOK BUT IT’S THERE AND I LOVE IT! Anyways, this book is probably about as good as the first only I related a lot to Chris here. He kept making me so emotional. To be honest, the whole book was him having one big breakdown, but I loved it.

The audiobook is also amazing since the voice actor (Dylan Fitzpatrick) uses an Irish accent for Lock. I just really like the Irish aspect since it is not often books have Irish main characters.

I definitely suggest reading this but read it after the first.

The smut and banter also had be blushing and slapping my thigh the whole time.

This book was not the best I've ever read, but man was it good. I contemplated giving it 4 stars but then I was like no this book is amazing. It covered an insane amount of very deep subjects such as sexuality, the conflict between queerness and religion, murder, the portrayal and consumption of serial killers, how good people do bad things, how complicated love is, and the safety of women.

I definitely recommend this book be read. Straight people and queer people alike will be able to relate to this book. Adults and teens will be able to relate to this book.

This is definitely an amazing book. I'm glad I picked it up.

I finished this in about one day because it was so good! I even listened to it as an audiobook

“You wouldn’t.”
“What? Undress you? Happily and with far more enthusiasm than you realize, my lady.”

So I did like this book. It was pretty decent with an interesting storyline. I just kind of think there’s a lot missing. I don’t know, but I didn’t like the immediate sexual tension. I don’t find it realistic, but I’ve also never felt sexual tension lol.

The book was good but it didn’t fulfill my love for Hades that I’ve had since reading Lore Olympus.

There was honestly smut in places it didn’t belong, like arguments and just randomly.

It was a book and not a bad book but not an amazing book.

I might read more of the series, but it honestly doesn’t leave me wanting more, though I already own the third book.

Anyways. So. Honestly the chemistry was not super strong but honestly I liked that because it was super realistic for two people meeting for the first time and only knowing each other several hours.

When Mateo died… When RUFUS DIED.. Rufus had to watch Mateo die and pull his body out. Mateo just wanted to make some tea.

This book is horrible and amazing and painful.

This was actually a pretty dang good book. Of course, I may have noticed how repetitive the mentions of his mint-colored eyes and breath the scent of black tea were, but who cares. Its a book written by a reader.

Honestly, at the end I thought my heart was going to break. I got scared and I thought this book would hurt.

It did, but I really liked it. This was a good book.

I knew it was gonna happen because of spoilers and also the next title name but... WOW. I did not... I was not prepared.

I was wondering for so long why Cardan would exile her, but now I see he was justified in doing it. Honestly, it's not a true punishment, but it's cunning just like what she did to him. They're on fairly even ground now.

The book was good and I like the blossoming romance between Cardan and Jude. I also love how militaristic and logical this book and the series is. It's so structured.

I love these books and this was pretty dang good.

This book was pretty good. I actually really enjoyed it and I liked the characters and how Rhys wasn't just some macho masculine man but an actual human. I also like the whole female power and such. There wasn't even too much smut/spice. Good read.
