The Casanova by TL Swan

At first I was like “what happened to the quality?”. Something was just not sucking me in at first like TL Swan’s books normally do! I was very disappointed in the beginning because I had a hard time liking the characters Elliot made me want to punch him and Katheryn sounded like the coworker from hell.

If you’re reading this you’ve probably read books 1 + 2 first, so you’ve fallen in love with Jameson and Tristan, Elliot is 9 times more abrasive than those two combined and it was hard for me to care for him because it didn’t seem like he had a redeeming quality. HOWEVER after the first few chapters my heart for Elliot grew 9 times it’s size, you really just have to get over the hump and then it’s so easy to care for these characters.

You know how some romance novels get annoying because they seem to keep arguing about the same thing and you’re like “okay get past it alreaaaady”, this book didn’t do that and I appreciated it so much

This hands down one of my favorite reads of the year.

It’s the perfect combination of cute/sweet, sexy, and smutty all while having a pretty fun plot. The characters are fun and have fantastic development. Wendy was someone you can root for and fun to watch come into her owned and James, there are not enough flame emojis to cover James.

I can’t recommend this book enough and I can’t wait to see what Emily puts out next!!

MY FAVORITE MALE SHIFTER!

I kept wondering and wondering when I would get to Dominic's book. Dominic never fails to crack me up with his cheesy lines so I am so glad I finally got to his book, he has been one of my favorite characters since Feral Sins.

Fated Mates in one of my favorite tropes but two shifters who chose each other and forsake their predestined mates because they care about each other that much definitely just knocked fated mates down a spot for me.

Watching chronic playboy Dominic fall head over heals for Mila gave my heart what it needed to go on.

*Adds sexy rockstar stalker to my Christmas List*

I loved this book. Like read in one sitting, could not sleep until I finished, loved it.
I did have reservations about Riley's age in the beginning but hold on guys keep reading forward, she is 21 for the majority of the book.

I think this is a fun read for dark romance lovers and those who love a good praise kink in their novels. I literally squealed multiple times reading what comes out of his mouth, perfection. Bravo my jaw is still somewhere on my bedroom floor.

I won't go into spoilers but I definitely recommend giving this one a read!

A huge thanks to the author who granted me and E-Arc in exchange for my honest review!
