Ah while the ending wasn't like an end lol I absolutely adored this series 🥹 at no point reading the volumes did I feel like it was a filler. Odette is so adorable and I can't get enough of the father-daughter dynamic of her and yoshizawa. I feel like Julietta sensei did a fantastic job packing in so many discussions of childcare, dehumanization, prejudice, acceptance, child abuse and neglect through the lense of robots, all within just 6 volumes while keeping the fun and goofy atmosphere 👌

It's too on the nose for me. I really love male characters like Shikura, but this was a bunch of cliche and close proximity scenes to drive their romance that I didn't enjoy. Maybe it's enjoyable for people who aren't as critical as me lol or like to self-insert themselves on the mc. Not sure if I'll continue.
