Ten Days in a Mad-House by Nellie Bly

This was definitely an interesting look into the lives of the people living in asylums. The abuse they suffered at the hands of those out in charge of them is nothing short of horrific. We like to think this doesn't happen anymore, but I've heard horror stories from people that were in treatment.
It's Not Summer Without You by Jenny Han

I really can't review this book without giving away too much of it. Long story short, it's 4 stars only because I found different aspects of the characters and their relationships to be frustrating.
When given the choice between someone that treats you as an option and someone that treats you like their only choice, choose the one that treats you like a choice. That's all I gotta say about that.

I love dinosaurs and I love stories involving dinosaurs, so of course I love this book. It's adorable.
The Undertaking: Life Studies from the Dismal Trade by Thomas Lynch

I really liked it up until he started spewing different opinions on abortion and assisted suicide that have really nothing to do with being a mortician, but okay. Go off, dude.
