Okay this was as cute and as fun as everyone said!! I love a romance that doesn’t take itself too seriously!! Delphie was everything and I really really loved the underlying friendship story line!!

I really enjoyed this one. It’s a perfect summer rom com with family dynamics, love, and a wedding. I really enjoyed these characters and this retelling!!

The best part of this was the last 50 pages imo!! I love unlikeable characters but I couldn’t stand these people lol! I thought the build up was well worth it and the twist solid but it was a little too slow for my liking! CW: ttc, infertility, miscarriage

I liked this one but I don’t feel like there was a point to it. It’s very rock n roll and finding yourself but I didn’t get the why. The protagonist is enjoyable and self deprecating. There’s a ton of playlists in this and one of them was definitely made for me CW: drinking while maybe being pregnant and drunk driving (which are just two no thank yous)

This book was crazy and I really liked it. I had no idea where it was going, but when we got there, I was very thrown off. It’s very unique but also feels familiar. I am a huge fan of books and this is no different.

This was a super quick thriller perfect for when you need a whodunnit! I loved the mixed media aspect and the build up. I did think it dragged for a bit but the twist had me!! And the ending was wrapped in a perfect little thriller bow!

tbh the last 30 pages were the most exciting. A slow burn sort of thriller but not a thriller that has a weird emphasis on the pandemic even though it’s not really a point of the story (just the period of time it’s set in). I really wish the past pov was more of the focus because I think this one could have been way crazier.

So while I did like this one, it was hard to ignore that this is a love story based around cheating which just gave me the ick. I loved that it was set in 1999 in the age of aim and instant messaging but I just can’t get passed that these two got together because they thought their significant others were together…

This was so so so good!  Like read all day because I needed to finish good. I think watching challengers prepared me for how tennis heavy this is. I love a redemption story and Carrie Soto is everything to me!! I love TJR books and I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to read this!!
