Characters had no characterization. Like actually 0. I felt nothing for any of them.
Plot had potential. Resolution was rushed and boring.

P boring
I feel like perhaps the translation didn’t carry over some of the sweetness of this book? The last chapter was so sweet but overall the characters had 0 characterization so I simply didn’t have a reason to care about them for most of the book.

This was so goofy and really really slow. The end really ramped up and then was too goofy. I feel like it would make a decent horror movie. Fredricka slays tho.

This was really not good!!! I didn’t mind the beginning of the book and the journal entries but DAMN the relationship between Ryle and Lily has 0 depth due to lazy writing. Also DORY pleeeeease I did not want to be laughing in the last few pages
