This is actually one of the best psychological thrillers/horrors I've read

I LOVED this book. It's such an empathetic story of not knowing who you are or where you're going yet, and ultimately being ok with that. Koko is reckless and mean and naive but you know she has a heart and is growing and will figure things out because of it. Jon felt less developed but I think that's ok, and kind of the point? He's not very developed as a person yet, he doesn't feel fully fleshed out because he's not, he's been avoiding getting to know himself so we don't really get to know him. The art style was fun and the unfinished nature once again played into the themes of being an unfinished person. Seeing the construction lines made it unpolished and raw and that's what this book is through and through in the best way.

The verse in this was very cute, and I  like the lesson in empathy. All the images were clipart pieced together. Unfortunate Neil Gaeman quote at the end, with what just happened, but that is not the authors fault.
