I really enjoyed this book a lot. I loved Cindy as a plus sized beauty, because I could relate to everything that she dealt with within the fashion industry. It was also nice to finally read a book meant for adults without the intimate and spicy details. For anyone wondering there is no spice aside from kissing lol. The only thing that happens is that she kisses him while wearing a towel and she wakes up in her bed with a note from him the next day (absolutely no other details are ever mentioned in the book either.) The struggles Cindy goes through were really relatable, especially as someone who got out of school and is currently struggling with a career. But you never know what the future holds. Also I loved that the step-family was actually nice and loving towards Cindy, that was a big plus. I will say that there were a couple of things that I felt could’ve been left out of the book, in my opinion, otherwise I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend it to anyone that wants an adult romance novel without the spice, but all the butterflies!

I will not give any spoilers for this story but I do want to give a content warning for some graphic scenes and a mild intercourse scene. I enjoyed this book quite a bit, but there were some things that I just wish were written differently. In the beginning, there’s a lot of repetition and very little description of places or of some of the characters which bothered me a bit. Throughout the book the descriptions get better and a bit more thorough. Now I enjoyed having a strong female lead and I feel like this book did an amazing job at representing that along with male characters that actually respect a strong female. However, I felt like she didn’t really grow or change at all throughout the book and I wish she had a bit more depth to her. Now back to the story, there were a lot of parts that were exciting that really caught my interest but then a lot of the book dragged on and the ending just kinda fell flat. I liked the ending, but it just wasn’t satisfying overall. In the end, I did enjoy it enough to possibly continue and read the rest of the series. Also I absolutely love Raffin! I wish there was more of him or that he would have his own little story

Trigger Warnings: Alcohol, cuss words (very few), implications of sex, kidnapping attempt, torture, death/murder, mentions of sexual assault/rape, self harm, suicide
So I liked this book way better than the first 2 lol. The ciphers and puzzle solving that Bitterblue had to go through just to get answers really kept me intrigued. I also loved Bitterblue’s relationship with Teddy and especially Sapphire, as well as all of the amazing returning characters. It was nice to see that she really wanted to get to the truth, so she could actually help and fix her kingdom. Also, be prepared for the end because it gets really heavy. My only critique is that even though the sex scene is extremely closed door, it was in the most inappropriate part of the story. Otherwise, I really liked how this story tied up everything from the last 2 books and I’m interested to see what the next adventure holds!

I am officially hooked on this series! The first 2 books were kinda slow paced until the end of each one, but this book just throws you right into the action. There were still moments that were slow, but most of it was learning more or growing each characters personality/relationship which helped keep things moving. Though the multiple viewpoints did confuse me at times. Mostly because I would get so invested and lost in one storyline to then be thrown into someone else’s which would just throw me off lol. The kiss scenes though!!! My heart may have exploded with each one! I am gonna read Fairest before I read Winter, so I have to buckle up for that insane ride. I honestly don’t know if I’m prepared for what’s gonna happen in Winter, but I’m excited to read it!!!

This book is kinda slow but it sets up everything for the rest of the series. There were a lot of moments where I was interested and then moments where I was pushing to read through. But the last 150 pages had my attention. I wish Cinder had a bit more personality. I understand why she kind of lacks it but I didn’t feel like she needed to be that dry. I loved Prince Kai tho! He was pretty funny and sarcastic. Also their romance is super cute! Overall I really enjoyed the story. It was pretty predictable, but I’m excited to read the rest of the series!

Normally I wouldn’t write a review, because I want to reread this series at some point for reviews. But I absolutely don’t want to reread this one! Now I already kinda hate Cruella as a villain. Mostly because she’s boring and I hate fur farms with a passion. Her character in this book just makes me hate her more. She’s very egotistical and materialistic, which she gets from her mother, but she’s also extremely naïve and stupid. I know the author tries to make you feel sorry for her and I did for maybe 2 seconds in the book. The rest of the time I wanted to burn the book along with Hell Hall! With all that being said, this is probably the only book in the series that can actually be read as a stand-alone. I wish all the books were like that. Also the afterword at the end was kinda fun to read. Honestly, I’m just happy to be done with this book so I can move onto something better.

Oh boy, this was a rollercoaster. Cinderella is my favorite princess and one of my favorite fairytales, but this backstory of the stepmother was actually really good and extremely sad. There was a lot more to it that I wasn’t expecting and I actually started to sympathize with Lady Tremaine. There were also moments where I could tell the author tried to make Cinderella seem like a horrible person, but you have to think of things from a child’s perspective. I know if I had lost my mom and there was another woman to take her place, it would be extremely hard to suddenly call that person my mother. So I never really felt like Cinderella was being rude or insensitive, plus she was just a kid. As usual with this series, I hate how everything is connected. I would really prefer it to be stand alone and this would’ve been amazing on its own. I also didn’t care for the ending, but it also made sense I guess. I will say this one and the Evil Queen from Snow White’s story have probably been the best so far.

Well I did enjoy this one, but everything happened extremely fast. I wish the book was a lot longer so we could’ve actually become attached to James and Blackbeard. Also would’ve liked to see how James becomes an actual pirate, instead of what he’s read in books. There was also a lot of details missing, like some explanations with the Odd Sisters and Circe along with a mention at the end and never saying what Neverland actually is. I was left a bit confused there. Overall, I liked it and I felt extremely bad for Hook in the end.

This is probably the most beautiful love story I have ever read! Now I will warn that if you have issues with keeping up with multiple points of view then this might be difficult to follow along with. Even I felt like some characters could’ve been completely left out and it wouldn’t have changed anything in the story. Also if you hit a chapter with an insta-love moment, just keep reading! It’s not quite what you think. Anyways, Celia and Marco’s love story is absolutely beautiful. The descriptions and circus itself are definitely magical
