I can understand the hype behind this one. I really enjoyed it as a standalone. Im not sure if I want to read the 2nd book because this one really felt like it wrapped up where it needed to.

I really enjoyed this one and I’m glad I read it as summer was coming to a close. I really liked the multiple points of view and timelines so we get pieces in of information revealed slowly over time. Overall, this was a solid 4 star read for me but for me didn’t live up to the hype I was seeing.
