Hannah has got me obsessing over the filthy , hot cowboys with the cut cropped shirts on and abs of steel. Dear lord, my search history will need to be deleted soon. lol JK

This story follows Johnny and Aurora. Throughout the other two books, we have gotten the laid back, easy going rancher. I have loved him, especially with Garrison so I was so excited when I got to read his story. He believes in all things fairy tales and I love this for him. He knew from first dance Aurora is it for him. He is patient and caring with her. Tending to her needs.

Aurora discovers a secret from her past that her mom had been keeping. This is what brings her back to Cherry Peak. She is on a mission and does not plan on staying but if anyone can change her mind, it’s our Johnny.

I am all for these small town, cowboy romances. They are doing something to me. The way Hannah writes them is perfect! They keep wanting more and wanting me to move on out to Cherry Peak.

Ben and Hallie were adorable. They have been friends since they were children. The dynamic being Hallie and Ben's twin sister, Julie are besties and well, Ben and Hallie have their own friendship.

Since graduation, they have all gone on and through college. Ben is now a successful bar owner in Pittsburg and Hallie, along with Julie and some other girlfriends are opening their own law firm. Hallie is not good at letting her feelings show or asking for help and is feeling that the law firm with her friends may not be what she is looking for in her career but does not know how to tell her friends this. Ben, however, does and let's Hallie open up to him about it in his own time. With this, other feelings come out, secrets you could say. Especially one Ben has been keeping for years.. he is in love with Hallie. With a little lake magic and him finally realizing he is ready to let it all out, makes his move.

Ben, this man is the ideal book boyfriend in every way. The way he knows Hallie, cares for her and loves her had me swooning. The control this man had for 11 years is remarkable. All the things he picks up, knows and does for Hallie should have every man taking notes.

Hallie is smart, loyal and caring which I feel is why she so strongly has a hard time making her feelings knowing with her friends and family because she always puts them first and takes care of them. I love that she wanted Ben to be the one to take care of her!!

This was a wonderful, heart felt debut novel. Samantha did a wonderful job with building the relationship not only with Ben and Hallie but those around. I enjoyed reading this and excited to see what else Samantha gives us

INFINITY STARS FOR ME!!!

I was just want to bottle up Isaiah Rhodes and never let him go!!

I love all of Liz's MMC's, however, the level of humor/love/loyalty and overall obsession Isaiah has in this book was EVERYTHING.

This marriage of convenience turned so much more was perfect! The patience he had for Kennedy, the understanding...gahhhh I am sad I flew through this book.

Kennedy is a strong independent woman making it, yes, I said making it because even though she had some obstacles she is doing the damn thing! Seeing her growth and developing her feelings and trust with Isaiah had me in my feelings.

Isaiah, this man has depth. He is so much more than the funny guy and Liz wrote him perfectly showing us this. The way he cares: the storms, his obsession and love for Kennedy is top tier!

The found family is like none other with this one with Isaiah only having his brother and seeing this start grow in Caught up, Kai's book, to the continuation of this in Play Along!

Liz's writing just keeps getting better and better. So do the stories.

Emerson Knight has me forever. This sweet, quirky, loyal, caring man is everything. Emerson is the third baseman for the Revs and besties with Chris “Dragon” Damiano. He has never had a bestie before or ever felt like he felt in that falling for Chris’s sister, Gianna, terrifies him as he does not want to lose that friendship.

Gianna works for a crappy company and just broke up with her boyfriend who works for this company and moves back to Boston. She ends up rooming with Emerson and form a friendship of understanding and love.

I loved these two together. The way that Emerson would talk Gianna up, give her extra confidence and just overall support her is everything she needed. She in return provided Emerson with the support and reassurance that he is enough!

This story was so good. My heart goes out and is/was with Emerson the whole time I read this. So many times I wanted to shake him and be like how do you see your own worth!!!! The way the team backs him is so sincere and amazing. This book was soooo good. I love reading Jenni’s books and cannot wait to read more.

This enemies to lovers, forced proximity FIGURE SKATING Romance was good!!

Aria and Leo have this chemistry that is incredible. The tension these two have...you are just waiting for it to snap!!! There is a history to as why they dislike each other. I loved how Cali opened it up with some spice ;)

Both Aria and Leo are figure skaters. They both lose their partners and since they are both amazing at figuring skating and love to win, it only make sense to pair these two up. The way Cali describes them skating together, you could feel their chemistry. I love how they try to put up this front of truly hating each other but we know they don't.

Their growth from enemies to lovers was enjoyable to read. To see them balance their work and their relationship with each other was sweet. I love Leo!

I'm in love with TRIPP HOLLIS. My lord. This man is perfection.

Magnolia and Tripp have known each other since Magnolia and Tripp's sister, Noah, became besties. Since they were kids. She has always had a thing for him but he would not out right return those feelings due to a traumatic experience in his past that made him felt undeserving of happiness. He does, however, finally decide he is deserving and when he lets Magnolia know, HE LETS HER KNOW!!!

Magnolia has been crushing on Tripp for ever, since he would not give her the time of day, beyond friendship, she placed herself in a toxic relationship. The on and off finally is off but one drunken night and we have an accidental pregnancy.

I enjoyed this book. Tripp was beyond perfection! He was all in regardless of the pregnancy and what he did for her during, swoon! This man let her know in every way he was hers. Magnolia only knowing toxic relationships had to come around.

I was surprise by the mouth on Tripp. Not even mad about it but sheeeessssshhh had me blushing while reading it. The whole Hollis family appeared and I think Brooke does a very good job not letting them overpower the story line and keeps it about Tripp and Magnolia.

It's been a couple years and Noah, the youngest of the Hollis family and only girl has a one night stand with a guy twice her age. Come to find out, it's her ex boyfriends dad, Fisher Underwood! Yeah, that had a hold on me from the jump and could not put the book down! Want to add a little bit more, she "ghosts" him and she finds out he is the new farrier for her families ranch!!!

Noah is independent, strong, witty, fierce! She is gives strong FMC vibes!
Fisher is sweet, caring and still dealing with grief and guilt from a tragic accident where he lost one of his children 10 years ago which then put a strain on his relationship with his son, Jase, Noah's ex boyfriend.

These two try to stay away from each other but it is just impossible. This book was soo good!!! The growth between all characters was amazing. I think Brooke did a really good job with the struggles Fisher and Jase were having with their relationship and what needed to be done to resolve this.

The Hollis family dynamic was perfection. I love a book/series where we have this! I flew through this book and immediately after picked up the next one! This was an amazing read!

The Prequel to the Sugarland Creek Series starts with Laney and Ayden.

Ayden being 18 is finally living his home. This is due to an abusive home life and he wants Laney to come with him but she can't due to responsiblities with her mother and the store. He leaves and due to Ayden not wanting his dad to find him, falls off the grid in a way and they lose contact but not their love as 10 years later Laney find him. She wanted to tell him that his best friend passed away along with other things she has been needing to tell him from the past 10 years. Another being, his daughter Serena Mae.

I enjoyed this. Ayden and Laney were true soulmates! I am so happy Laney found him and they were able to reconnect and get their HEA!

This is the prequel of the series and I highly recommend reading it first as they are mentioned in the other books!

Second book in the series and it was so good!
Bea has been broken up with her boyfriend, Rob Rawlings but her working with the Chaos now puts her in contact with the older Rawlings brother, Cooper. With a situation occurs where Bea's safety is involved, Cooper invites her to stay with him and his daughter Lucy. However, Cooper has had the hots for Bea but has hid those feelings due to his brother. However, forced proximity works it's magic and does not disappoint.

Bea is wanting to live her life and experience things she has not. I love how Bea realized what she wanted and what she deserved and even stood up for it! Did I mention, she makes a list of things she wants to take part of and who better to help then Cooper..right?!

Cooper is perfect! I love how he falls first. I love how he fell first but held his feelings out of respect for his brother. I know, I know, but sometimes the people we are with are not the people we are meant to be with and without being in those relationships we don't meet the one we are to be with. He is also an amazing daughter, Lizzy. I loved how Maggie incorporated her within the story. How much Lizzy loved Bea and they had their own relationship.

The banter was there, the story was there! Maggie threw in just the perfect amount of suspense to keep you wanting to see what was going to happen. When you find out you are going to be like..well, why didn't I think it was.....that! Oh, and the spice was spicing!!! *insert camping scene*

I enjoyed this book so much!

What a cute little opposites attract, summer time, rivals to lovers read.

Aida and Ben are both recent graduates from college ready for their summertime plans. Aida is house sitting as she is trying to relax to get ready for law school and Ben, well he is ready TO LIVE IT UP as even though he is graduated and with plans for the future, he is not looking forward due to the demand of him coming to work for his father.

First night in there neighboring beach houses and Aida calls the cops on Ben, this starts off the relationship. Both finding each other attractive, build a relationship off of competitiveness that has them seeing who is going to have the BEST 4th of July party.

As the relationship grows, Aida loosens up and Ben works through some things that he has held on to between his father.

This was my first book by this author and it was solid. I enjoyed the competitiveness with the characters, the flirting and BENS GRANDMA. Holy she was a hoot. I am still laughing about her no filter vibe.

I enjoyed this book. As it is almost the 4th of July and it is the perfect summertime read. Definitely pick this up if you are looking for something fun and flirty
