Daisy Jones & The Six was wild and I loved it. I loved the relationship between Billy and Camilla, and how he wanted to be a better man for his family. I loved how Julia, Billy, and Camilla's first-born child was the author of the story, it made it more personal. I loved the drama, the format, and most of the characters. I did think the ending was sad but fit the story well.

I thought this book was interesting in the way the story and the way it was told. The story was told in verse. It follows Rochelle, Catherine, Sigmund, and the Herald. I enjoyed Rochelle and Catherine's stories the most. I loved how Rochelle wasn't afraid to question Sigmund and what he thought was right but in hindsight, his ideas were wrong. some parts of the story were sad, this was a different read.

Just as I loved Of Stars and Tides, I loved this book too. Of Mirrors and Ice had drama, more plot twists I didn't see coming (especially that ending), adventure, and romance. I loved the growth of the characters, their friendships, and romantic relationships. I can't wait to see where the story goes.

This book was dark and I loved it. This was a unique spin on a classic tale, and I enjoyed Willow's take on it.

While I enjoyed One For My Enemy, my favorite part was the Romeo and Juliet vibes. I thought the magic system could have been explained better, including what type of magic was used. I liked the characters and I loved how Sasha and Lev's relationship. I thought the ending tied things together nicely.

I will read whatever Elsie Silver writes. I loved Wild Eyes and how Skylar and West's relationship developed. I thought their fake news headline emails were wicked cute. I loved it when Skylar told her parents off and how she discovered her love of music again. Skylar's relationship with West's kids was sweet too, especially her relationship with Ollie who didn't talk to a lot of people but talked to Sklayr. I loved Skylar's relationship with Emmy too and how she taught Emmy how to play guitar. I loved the ending of Skylar finding her home in Rose Hill with West, Ollie ane Emmy.

Play Along was such a fun, cute read, and there was one part that hit me with all the feels. I loved the development of Isaiah and Kennedy's relationship and how Isaiah always had a crush on Kennedy but it took longer for Kennedy's feelings to catch up. I loved how Isaiah and Kennedy had a second wedding with their family and friends in Vegas, it was so them. I loved how the story ended and set up Rio's story at the same time.

Stone Blind is a sad, beautiful, tragic story about Medusa and her sisters. Other characters had important roles in how Medusa, the only mortal Gorgon grew up. I loved the relationship between Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa, and how Stheno and Euryal cared for Medusa when she was a child and then when she was cursed. Natalie Haynes retold the story of Medusa and Perseus beautifully. I thoroughly enjoyed this retelling of Medusa's story.

Lula Dean's Little Library of Banned Books is a humorous and at times serious book. There are a lot of characters in this book who are somehow connected to Lula, they have their own stories, and they eventually all come together and I loved it when they did. I thought it was great how Ronnie and Lindsay switched out the books in Lula's library for the ones that she banned. This book has such a powerful messaged and was a great reaed.
James by Percival Everett

While this book was a tough read, I'm glad that I read it. I loved the relationship between Jim and Huck. It is important to note that later on in the story Jim reveals to Huck that he is Huck's biological father, which is something that Huck struggles with at first. There was some humor in the story. Jim knowing how to read and write which was not something that most slaves knew how to do was a joy to read. I loved that the story was told from Jim's point of view, how it ended with Jim reuniting with Sadie and Lizzie, and Jim changing his name to James. This is such an important story that should be read.
